My Approach to Care

“I am passionate about working closely with my patients to understand their individual needs, rather than just treating a clinical condition. I believe strongly in the benefits that specialised physiotherapy can bring to managing any long-term respiratory condition, empowering you to live more comfortably.”

Why Choose a Respiratory Specialist?

Managing long-term lung conditions requires more than just standard exercise. As a specialist in respiratory care, I focus on practical techniques to improve breathing efficiency, manage chronic coughs, and clear sputum effectively. Whether recovering from surgery or managing conditions like COPD, my goal is to help you breathe easier and function better in the comfort of your own home.

Background and Experience

Sarah is a highly specialised Respiratory Physiotherapist with nearly two decades of experience. After relocating to Dorset in 2012, Sarah transitioned into community therapy, providing expert advice and rehabilitation programmes for patients with complex, multiple pathologies. Alongside her private work with Medella, Sarah maintains her clinical sharpness by working for University Hospitals Dorset.
