We're here to help you or someone you care about — whether that's regaining independence, managing a long-term condition, getting expert advice, or arranging an assessment. A written enquiry is usually best for our clinical team, but phone and WhatsApp are always welcome.

Speak Directly to an Expert
We know that navigating care for yourself or someone you care about can feel daunting. Your enquiry is handled by our clinical team, not a call centre. A senior qualified therapist can answer your questions and help you decide if a home visit is the right path.
There's no obligation — just a friendly, helpful conversation to understand your situation and match you with the most appropriate clinician.
If we're unable to answer (we're often out seeing patients), please leave a voicemail. We return messages as promptly as we can.

Common Questions
Can a family member or carer be present?
Yes, absolutely. We strongly encourage family members or carers to be present, especially during the initial assessment. This helps everyone understand the treatment plan, learn how to support exercises at home, and be involved in goal-setting. Many families find it reassuring to meet the therapist who will be visiting their loved one.
Do I need a GP referral?
No — you can self-refer directly to us. There’s no need for a GP letter or consultant referral. However, if your GP or consultant has recommended physiotherapy or occupational therapy, please let us know so we can coordinate your care appropriately.
How much does a home visit cost?
Physiotherapy and occupational therapy follow-up sessions start from £60 for 30 minutes. Initial assessments are £120. The first 5 miles of travel are free. Visit our prices page for full details.
How quickly can I be seen?
We typically arrange an initial assessment within a week of your first call. For hospital discharge or urgent rehabilitation needs, we can often arrange an expedited assessment within 48 hours — just let us know when you call.
