We do not provide medico-legal expert witness testimony on liability or quantum. Instead, we focus strictly on the client’s physical recovery acting as the Treating Therapist.

We work within the 2015 Rehabilitation Code framework, collaborating with Case Managers, Solicitors, and Insurers to deliver:

  • Rapid Access: Assessment within 5 working days of instruction (subject to availability).
  • Clinical Clarity: Factual, data-driven progress reports that demonstrate value for money.
  • Home-Based Reality: We assess and treat clients in their own environment, providing a more accurate functional picture than clinic-based testing.

Immediate Needs Assessments (INA) Support

We can visit a client rapidly to assess their immediate physical needs, equipment requirements, and transfer safety, providing a comprehensive report to inform your INA.

Rehabilitation Code Compliant Treatment

Our Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists are experienced in working with third-party funders. We provide transparent treatment plans with clear goals (using GAS or SMART goals) and defined timeframes.

Standardised Clinical Reporting

We understand that you need evidence of progress to justify interim payments. We provide:

  • Initial Assessment Reports: Baseline functional levels and recommended treatment blocks.
  • Interim Progress Reports: Objective data on improvements (e.g., TUG scores, Berg Balance Scale).
  • Discharge Summaries: Final outcomes and long-term management advice.

Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT)

For complex catastrophic injuries (including Traumatic Brain Injury, Stroke, and Spinal Cord Injury), we can deploy both Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists. This integrated approach reduces admin for you and improves outcomes for the client.
