How quickly can you assess a new client?
We understand the urgency of hospital discharge and interim payment deadlines. We aim to offer an initial assessment within 48 hours of receiving an instruction in urgent cases.
Do you provide expert witness reports?
No. We act strictly as the Treating Therapist team. We provide factual clinical progress reports (Initial Needs, Interim, and Discharge) that comply with the Rehabilitation Code 2015, but we do not provide opinion-based expert witness testimony on liability or quantum.
Can you provide both Physio and OT?
Yes. Medella is a multidisciplinary practice. You can instruct us for single-discipline therapy or a combined Physio/OT package with integrated reporting.
