Our fees reflect the high standard of care provided by our Senior Therapists, who bring the clinic to you – saving you the hassle of travel, parking, and waiting rooms. There are no hidden agency fees, and all costs are confirmed before we visit.

Travel Costs
We always assign the nearest available therapist to keep costs low. The first 5 miles of travel (from your therapist’s base) are free. Beyond that, travel is charged at £2 per mile. Many of our patients in core towns like Ringwood, Christchurch, Bournemouth, Southampton and Poole pay little to no travel fees. See our Areas We Cover page for details.
Payment Options
For your convenience, we invoice monthly in arrears. You can pay securely by Bank Transfer, Card (via Stripe), Direct Debit (via GoCardless), or Cheque.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. To avoid a charge, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made between 24–48 hours incur a £30 fee. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, are charged at £60 plus any travel costs.

Can I use Private Health Insurance?
To ensure we can provide the highest quality of care without administrative restrictions, we operate as a self-pay service.
However, many of our patients successfully use ‘Cash Plan’ policies (such as SimplyHealth, Medicash, or WPA) to reimburse their treatment costs. We provide fully itemised invoices after every visit which you can submit to these providers.
Please note: Due to the specialist nature of home visits and travel time, we do not accept direct settlement from standard health insurance providers.
How does payment and invoicing work?
We send invoices monthly in arrears. This means you receive all your therapy for a calendar month, and we will send an invoice for those sessions at the beginning of the following month. You can pay via Bank Transfer, Card, Direct Debit, or Cheque.
Are there any other hidden costs I should know about?
No. Our pricing is transparent. The only additional costs are for travel beyond 5 miles or for specialist reports or equipment, all of which are discussed and agreed with you in advance.

We provide home visits across Hampshire, Dorset, and Wiltshire. Our core service areas include Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch, Southampton, Salisbury, Ringwood, Ferndown, Wimborne, and the surrounding towns.
