Thank you for choosing Medella Home Physio & OT. You can use this secure portal to pay your invoice online. All card payments are processed securely by Stripe, and we do not store your card details.

Bank Transfer (BACS)
We accept direct bank transfers. You can find our Sort Code and Account Number listed at the bottom of your monthly invoice.
Please use your Invoice Number as the payment reference.
Pay by Cheque
We are happy to accept cheques. Please make them payable to Medella Home Physio.
Post your cheque to the address listed at the bottom of your invoice. Please write your invoice number on the back of the cheque.
Pay by Phone
If you are having trouble with the online form or would prefer to speak to a human, we can take payment securely over the phone.

Ongoing Treatment?
If you are receiving regular visits, you may find it more convenient to set up a Direct Debit. This allows payments to be collected automatically and securely via our partner, GoCardless.

How do I find my invoice number?
Your unique invoice number is located at the top-right of the PDF invoice sent to your email address.
Is my online payment secure?
Yes. All card payments are processed by Stripe, a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. We do not store your card details on our website.
What name will appear on my bank statement?
Payments made to us will appear on your bank statement as “Medella Home Physio”.
