Jo is a dedicated healthcare professional with over 24 years of experience as a physiotherapist. Since graduating, Jo has held various clinical and leadership roles in both the NHS and private practice. This has allowed her to gain extensive experience in treating a wide range of pathologies, including post-operative recovery, orthopaedic injuries, management of frailty and elderly care, rapid response for patients in health crises, neurological conditions, and chronic conditions.

Commitment to Professional Development

Jo’s commitment to continuous professional development is evident from her extensive training, including the Advanced Practitioner Frailty Masterclass. She is dedicated to keeping updated with advances in physiotherapy practice and has currently undertaken the first year of an MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice at Bournemouth University, further enhancing her clinical expertise in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of complex conditions.
