Background and Experience

Seena brings over 20 years of clinical expertise to the team, with a strong background in both acute hospital and community settings. After completing her Master’s degree in 2009, she joined the Royal Bournemouth Hospital as a Senior Physiotherapist, working across ITU, AMU, and various medical and surgical wards. This deepened her expertise in acute care and the rehabilitation of patients with complex conditions.

She later served with the Solent NHS Trust’s Urgent Response Service, delivering community-based physiotherapy to prevent hospital admissions. Following this, she worked with the Christchurch Integrated Community Rehabilitation Team, specialising in falls management, post-operative recovery, and elderly rehabilitation in the home environment.

Clinical Leadership & Private Care

In 2022, Seena advanced to Team Lead for the Community Therapy Team across Bournemouth, Poole, and Christchurch, where she managed multidisciplinary staff and led service development.

In 2024, she transitioned from the NHS to pursue her passion for personalised, one-to-one physiotherapy. Bringing her wealth of experience to Medella, she now focuses on delivering dedicated home-based rehabilitation where she can spend quality time with every patient.
